摘要 针对常规油管试压机存在的问题,对其局部结构进行了技术改造。通过增加管体注水排气装置、采用柔性试压接头、改进注水端高低压水转换阀体等措施,解决了油管试压机存在的损伤油管螺纹、试压接头消耗快、试压过程密封性能差、生产效率低、安全性差等问题。现场使用结果表明,进行技术改造后的油管试压机,使外径73、89、114mm油管的试压效率分别提高了22%、25%、53%,试压接头的使用寿命延长了近1倍,具有显著的经济效益;同时试压过程中排空了油管管体内的空气,因而提高了设备的安全性,有一定的社会效益。 For solving the problems existing in the ordinary tubing pressure tester,the partial structure of the tester is improved.The water injection and gas discharge device is added,the flexible pressure testing sub is used and the high and low pressure water conversion valve body is improved.Through these measures,the problems of tubing thread damage,fast pressure testing sub consumption,poor sealing during the pressure test,low operating efficiency and bad safety have been solved.The field application shows that the pressure testing efficiencies of the improved pressure testers with O.D.of 73 mm,89 mm and 114 mm are increased by 22%,25% and 53% respectively and the working life of the sub almost doubles with significant economic benefit.Furthermore,the air inside the tubing body is vented out during the pressure test,thus improving the device safety and obtaining good social benefit.
