湿法磷酸是多杂质的复杂原料,开发湿法磷酸的精加工系列产品符合目前市场的需要,具有重要意义。以湿法磷酸为原料,通过对反应条件和结晶条件的控制,降低或除去原料中所含的氯离子、砷离子、氟离子、重金属离子等杂质,直接制得食品添加剂磷酸氢二钠。

Wet-process phosphoric acid （WPA） is multi-impurity complex raw material, it conforms to the present market need to develop WPA refined series product ,it has the important significance. This article studies to take the WPA as a raw material, by controlling reaction condition and the crystallization condition ,to reduces or eliminate such as chloride ion, arsenic ion, fluorine ion, heavy metal ion and so on which contains raw material in, to manufacture and obtain the food additive sodium hydrogen phosphate directly.
