摘要
采用新型催化剂DNW型强酸型阳离子交换树脂催化剂进行酯化制备1,6-己二酸二甲酯,通过实验考察了催化剂的加入量、原料配比、反应时间、反应温度等实验参数,获得了酯化反应1,6-己二酸转化率等实验数据。
Preparation of dimethylene adipate was carried out by DNW strong acid new type catalyst of cation exchange resin. Process parameters in connection with catalyst addition ,proportion of raw material ,reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated. The ester reaction conversion of adipic acid was obtained.
