微波条件下柚皮中天然色素的浸取

Study on Microwave-assisted Extraction of the Pigment from Pomelo Peeling

以柚皮为原料,在微波条件下,以乙醇-石油醚为浸取剂从柚皮中提取天然色素。探讨了微波辐射功率、辐射时间和料液比对天然色素产率的影响,并通过实验确定了浸取的最佳工艺参数。

Natural-pigment was extracted by, microwave using pomelo pool as raw material and ethanol-- as solvent. The effects of average microwave output power, microwave irradiation time, solvent volume and crushed degree of pomelo peel were discussed. At last, the best parameters of extraction technology was determined through experiment.
