摘要
排气歧管是发动机的主要受热件,工作热负荷大,振动强度高,工作环境极其恶劣。某新开发的发动机在进行A lpha样机耐久性试验时发生了排气歧管断裂故障。文章分析了如何借助CAE软件分析该排气歧管发生断裂的根本原因,基于失效原因提出了新的排气歧管设计方案,并使用CAE软件NASTRAN 2005对新旧两种设计方案进行了对比分析,确认了新方案的可行性。
Exhaust manifold is a main thermal part of the engine. It works on heavy thermal load, high vibration strength, and poor environment. Exhaust manifold rupture breakdown occurred while a new engine in Alpha developing phase took durability test. How to analyze the root cause of rupture of exhaust manifold by CAE software is introduced in the article, and a new design scheme of exhaust manifold is put forward. The two design schemes are compared by CAE software NASTRAN 2005, and the feasibility of the new scheme is certified.
