摘要
目的:探讨运用六西格玛方法对医疗耗材库房管理过程进行优化的可行性和效果。方法:项目小组通过六西格玛五步法,对医疗耗材库房管理进行持续性改良,比较实施前后6个月临床科室的服务满意度、耗材供货及时度、出库物品优质达标率、"零库存"实现度的西格玛水平。结果:临床科室的服务满意度、耗材供货及时度、出库物品优质达标率、"零库存"实现度的西格玛水平均有不同程度的提高。结论:六西格玛方法也可用于医疗耗材的库房管理,且有助于提高管理质量。
Objective To discuss the possibility and efficiency by using Six Sigma method. Methods By using "five steps" of Six Sigma, management of medical consumable materials storehouse was improved continuously. Such Sigma levels before and after the implementation in 6 months were compared as satisfaction for medical service, supply punctuality,rate of highquality products, and the realization of "Zero Storage". Results All Sigma levels were raised. Conclusion The method of Six Sigma fits for the storehouse management of medical materials and can improve the management quality.
