摘要
根据物流企业特点,采用改进的平衡记分卡(BSC),从财务、顾客、内部业务流程、学习与发展、营运安全等要素来设计物流企业绩效评估指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)将指标分层系列化,计算各层因素相对重要性的权值,形成绩效评价体系。最后,以杭烟物流配送中心进行算例验证,结果表明这种评价模型具有现实可行性。
According to logistics enterprise's characteristic, this paper adopts improved BSC (Balanced Score card) to design Comprehensive Performance Index System. It consists of the following five aspects, finance, customer, internal business process, learning and growth and trading security. The paper uses AHP to divide indexes into different levels, and accounts the value of indexes' comparatively importance. Finally, the analytic method is proved to be available by Hangzhou Tobacco Distribution Center.
