This paper elaborates the functions of each module in digitized language laboratory system, and expatiates how the system has improved the whole foreign language teaching environment in a practical way. The powerful functions of the digitized language learning system have not only broken the monotonous traditional class mode, but also put foreign language teaching into practice. Meanwhile, the system also makes foreign language teaching much more flexible, varied and individual. It also enhances foreign language learners＇ ability of listening, speaking and improves their practical comprehensive usage of foreign languages, reinforcing the weak point in traditional foreign language teaching.
