基于DSP的动力制动电源的研制

摘要 论述了基于DSP的全桥零电压零电流开关(ZVZCS)DC/DC移相变换的动力制动电源的数字控制实现方法,通过对转速反馈信号的测量,经过PID运算作为移相角度的控制信号,实现对动力制动电源的控制,实践表明前桥臂实现零电压(ZVS),后桥臂实现零电流(ZCS),全桥零电压零电流开关(ZVZCS)DC/DC移相变换的动力制动电源开关范围大,满载效率达到93.2%,性能有了明显提高,能满足煤矿安全生产的要求。 A kind of digital control method of power supply which is controlled by whole bridge(ZVZCS) DC/DC shifting phase transition for dynamic braking based on DSP is introduced. Rotational speed is applied to control chip as feedback signals of shifting phase, after the process of PID operation, acted as control signal for shifting phase angle controller. Practical result shows that premier arm realizes ZVS, lag arm realizes ZCS, range of switch is large and full load efficiency can reach 93.2%, the performance of supply power is in evidence improved, also supply power can satisfy request of safe production of coal mine.
