鼻内窥镜在传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术后的应用研究

目的探讨在鼻内窥镜直视下治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后吻合口因凝血块、填塞物、或炎症、瘢痕挛缩、中鼻甲息肉样变、骨孔过小等原因，再次引起泪道不畅通、溢泪、流脓等现象。方法61例慢性泪囊炎泪囊鼻腔吻合术后吻合口阻塞泪溢、流脓患者，在用O号硬性鼻内窥镜直视下清除吻合口凝血块、填塞物及切除囊内壁瘢痕、肉芽、机化物及扩大骨孔等。结果治愈57例（93．5％），好转4例（6，5％），有效率100％。结论在鼻内窥镜直视下操作简单，广泛适用，创伤小，费用低，治疗换药彻底，减少术后肉芽增生及瘢痕挛缩情况的发生，减少再次阻塞率，并且可以同时治疗鼻腔疾病。

Objective To study the effect of curing the dacryocystorhinostomy （DCR） postoperative patients who emerged the epiphora and flowing pus again for the stoma were choked by the sludged blood, wadding, inflammation, cicatricial contracture, polypoid changed middle nasal concha and justo minor bone hole by the nose endoscope orthophoria. Methods Sixty - one DCR postoperative patients who emerged the epiphora and flowing pus because of the stoma were choked were removed the sludged blood, wadding, scar and organized thing in the stoma, and enlarged the bone hole by the nose endoscope orthophoria. Results The cure rate was 93.5% ,the improvement rate was 6.5%, the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The operation by the nose endoscope orthophoria is simple, it can be generally applied, its wound is tiny and its treatment expense is cheaper,it can decrease the occurrence of the granulation hyperplasia and cicatricial contracture on the DCR postoperative, and it can cure the disease of nasal cavity at the same time.
