农村民间组织的发展对农村社会的和谐发展具有积极意义,但目前我国农村民间组织的服务能力、自主能力、社会影响力以及内部管理能力等都亟待提高,政府应积极强化对农村民间组织的引导和扶持,完善相关的法律法规,努力加强和扩大民间组织的对外宣传和交流合作,使其为新农村建设做出贡献。

The Rural CSOs＇ development has the positive sense to the countryside society＇s harmonious development. At present, our country Rural CSOs＇ abilities for service, independent, the society influence and the internal management ability all urgently awaits to enhance, the government should positively strengthen to the Rural CSOs＇ guidance and the support, consummates the related legal laws and regulations, diligently strengthens with the expanded Rural CSOs＇ foreign propaganda and the exchange co- operation, causes it to make the contribution for the new rural reconstruction.
