摘要
利用丙烯酸、壳聚糖和蒙脱土为原料,采用溶液聚合法合成了高吸水性聚丙烯酸/壳聚糖/蒙脱土复合树脂,通过红外光谱对树脂的结构进行了表征,并系统研究了引发剂、交联剂、蒙托土的用量以及丙烯酸与壳聚糖的投料比对复合树脂吸水率的影响.结果表明,当丙烯酸和壳聚糖质量比为10∶1,蒙脱土用量为2%,引发剂和交联剂用量分别为3.2%和0.16%时,所合成的聚丙烯酸/壳聚糖/蒙脱土复合树脂吸(盐)水率最高,分别达到425倍与65倍.
The superabsorbent polyacrylic acid/chitosan/montmorillonite(PAA/CTS/MMT) composite resin were synthesized by solution polymerization, and its structure was characterized by FTIR. The effects of the amount of initiator, crosslinker, montmorillonite and the mass ratio of the acrylic acid and chitosan on the absorbency of composite resin were investigated. The results show that the highest absorbencies of composite resin for distilled water and saline water are 425 times and 65 times, respectively. At this point, the mass ratio of AA and CTS is 10: 1 ; the amount of MMT is 2%; the amount of initiator and crosslinker reaches 3.2% and 0.16%, respectively.
