摘要
目的:测定不同产地、不同采收期春柴胡中总黄酮的含量。方法:采用比色法,检测波长为510 nm。结果与结论:不同产地、不同采收期春柴胡中总黄酮的含量差异较大。
Objective:To determinate the content of total flavonoids of Spring Chaihu in different sources and collection stage. Methods: Colorimetry was adopted and the detection wavelength is 510 nm. Results and Conclusion: There are marked difference at the content of total flavonoids of Spring Chaihu from different sources and collection stage.
