摘要
目的:测定不同产地、不同采收期春柴胡中总黄酮的含量。方法:采用比色法,检测波长为510 nm。结果与结论:不同产地、不同采收期春柴胡中总黄酮的含量差异较大。
Objective：To determinate the content of total flavonoids of Spring Chaihu in different sources and collection stage. Methods： Colorimetry was adopted and the detection wavelength is 510 nm. Results and Conclusion： There are marked difference at the content of total flavonoids of Spring Chaihu from different sources and collection stage.
