摘要
目的：建立治冻灵中樟脑含量的气相色谱测定法。方法：色谱柱：聚乙二醇20M弹性石英毛细管柱（CPWAX52CB，30m×0．25mm，DF=0．25μm）；FID检测器；水杨酸甲酯为内标。结果：樟脑的线性范围0．9755-4．8776mg·mL^-1,r=0．9999，平均加样回收率98．48％（RSD=1．29％，n=6）。结论：该方法准确，简便，可有效控制制剂的质量。
Objective： To develop a GC method for the determination of camphor in Zhidongling ointment. Method： Gas chromatographic column： PEG-20M capillary columns （CP WAX 52 CB, 30 m× 0. 25 mm, DF = 0. 25 μm） , FID. Methyl salicylate was used as internal standard. Result： The linear range of camphor was 0. 975 5 - 4. 877 6 mg· mL^-1, the average recovery was 98.48 %, RSD 1.29%. Conclusion： The method is simple and sensitive. It could be used for the quality control of Zhidongling ointment.
