摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定补气益肺片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法：KromasilC18（250mm×4，6mm，5μm）色谱柱；流动相：甲醇-0．4％磷酸溶液（55：45）；检测波长：270nm；柱温：35℃。结果：淫羊藿苷在0、072～0．360μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．2％（11=5），RSD为1．89％。结论：本法结果准确，重复性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of icariin in Buqi yifei tablets. Methods： HPLC method was established with the Kromasil C18 column （5 μm,250 ×4.6 mm） and a mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0. 4% phosphoric acid solution （55 ： 45 ）. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was at 35℃. Result： The linear range was 0. 072- 0. 360 μg（ r = 0. 999 9） and the average recovery was 99. 2% （ n = 5 ） with RSD 1.89%. Conclusion： The method is accurate and reproducible for the quality control of this tablet,
