FEP传递模塑成型工艺的研究

Study on FEP Transfer Moulding Process

本文介绍FEP传递模塑的成型工艺，用于传递模塑FEP材料牌号的选择，以及挤出塑化与贮料缸保温、模具处理、传递压力、保压与冷却等工艺参数的确定。并对FEP衬里产品应力开裂等问题进行了初步分析，使传递模塑工艺趋于完善。

In this paper was introduced FEP transfer moulding process, was chosen the types ofFEP and were defined the processing Parameters, such as extruding, Plasticizing, accumulator insulation,treatment of the mould, transfer moulding Pressure, Pressure dwell and coolingetc.. Meanwhile the problems of the stress crack of FEP lining were analysed, so that thetransfer moulding process approached Perfection.
