目前我国医疗保险、医疗卫生和医药行业未能同步协调发展影响了我国社会医疗保险制度的顺利实施。文章分析了我国社会医疗保险制度的相关配套医药卫生政策方面存在的问题及改进对策。

Currently, the medical insurance system, health care field and medicine industry cannot develop at the same step in harmony. As the result of it, the medical insurance system is influenced by it. The problems and measures are analyzed in the policies of health and medicines which are related to the social medical insurance system.
