摘要 本文报道经过低温、培养基条件诱导选育所得的乙酰短杆菌TQ952菌株,在8L和100L发酵罐培养以及该菌体在酶反应过程的优化试验。以100mmol/L鸟苷和三氮唑甲酰胺为底物,利用TQ952菌体的核苷磷酸化酶催化反应,其三氮唑核苷平均转化率86%,最高95%。 Brevibacteriun acetylium TQ952 selected at low temperature and various medium conditions was cultured in 8L and 100L fermentor. The optimal parameters were obtained in enzymatic reaction catalyzed by the cells above. Ribavirin was produced with average yield of 86% and highest yield of 95% using equal amount of 100mmol/L guanosine and 1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxamide as substrates and TQ952 nucleoside phosphorylases as biocatalysts.
