摘要
以间硝基苯甲醛和三氯甲烷为原料进行反应合成氯舒隆的关键中间体——三氯甲基-3-硝基-苄醇。实验结果表明,反应的较佳工艺条件为:n(间硝基苯甲醛):n(氯仿)=1:2.7,反应温度-5℃左右,反应时间5h;反应收率在98%以上,产物纯度大于98.5%。该工艺具有成本低、收率高、操作方便等优点。
Trichloromethyl-3- nitro-benzylalcohol as an important intermediate of clorsulon is prepared from 3-nitro-benzaldehyde and chloroform. Results of the experiments indicate the best condition of reaction was as follows: 3-nitro-benzaldehyde: chloroform at 1:2.7, reaction time -5 ℃, reaction time 5 h; yield of the reaction is over 98%. Purity of the product is over 98.5%. The process is low in the cost, high in the yield and convenient in the operation.
