摘要
针对甲醇汽油对金属腐蚀性问题,制备了1种新的金属腐蚀抑制剂——H-G腐蚀抑制剂,进行了腐蚀抑制剂的实验室评定、台架试验及实际应用。介绍了甲醇汽油的腐蚀性及防止方法,探讨了H-G腐蚀抑制剂的防腐机理。结果表明,H-G腐蚀抑制剂对钢、铝、黄铜和紫铜等4种金属有较好的缓蚀效果;对甲醇汽油的动力性能和尾气排放没有明显影响,不会引入新的尾气污染物;甲醇汽油的储输配设施未见明显异常。是甲醇燃料的有效腐蚀抑制剂。
Aiming at the problem of metal corrosion by methanol-based gasoline, a novel corrosion inhibitor was developed. Different formulations for laboratory tests are introduced. H-G can efficiently inhibit the corrosion of various metals during the combustion of methanol fuels. It is an indispensible additive for methano1 fuels.
