驻烟部队离退休干部睡眠与情绪的相关性

Study on the sleep and emotion of the retired military veteran cadres in Yantai area

目的调查部队离退休老干部睡眠、情绪状况,探讨睡眠与情绪之间的相互关系。方法对驻烟部队65岁以上离退休干部进行睡眠问卷调查、综合医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)评定。结果驻烟台部队离退休干部平均睡眠时间为(6.30±1.24)h。各年龄段平均睡眠时间无明显差异。焦虑、抑郁情绪发生率分别为0.93%和5.28%。睡眠时间和焦虑、抑郁情绪呈显著性负相关(P<0.01)。结论焦虑、抑郁情绪直接影响老干部的睡眠质量,故在注重提高部队离退休干部物质生活和躯体疾病诊疗水平的同时,应加强处理焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective To investigate the states of sleep and emotion, and the correlation between them in the retired military veteran cadres. Methods The cadres aged over 65 years living at the rest house in Yantai city were tested with a sleep questionnire and hospital anxiety and depression scale（HAD）. Results The average hours of their sleep were （6.30±1.24）h and no obvious difference was found among different age groups. The attack rate of anxiety and depression was 0.93% and 5.28%,respectively.There was significant negative correlation between the hours of sleep and the emotion of anxiety as well depression （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Anxiety and depressioa directly affect the sleep quality.It should not be only to elevate the material life and treat the somato-disease for aged, but also should be paying close attention to deal with their emotion of anxiety and depression.
