军队老年心脑血管病患者的综合康复护理

Clinical application of integratively healing nursing care in military aged patients with cardiac and cerebral disease

目的总结军队老年心脑血管患者危险因素及其综合康复护理方法和效果。方法回顾性分析了1994-02～2007-06笔者对1429例军队老年心脑血管患者实施综合康复护理方法:①个体化护理评估;②心理分析及针对性心理疗法;③普及预警因素,进行预防性护理;④个体化睡眠规律化训练,构建整体性舒适护理模式;⑤多因素预警评估和干预;⑥分阶段标准化康复训练。结果临床治愈率为88%,危险因素发生率从78%下降到28%,有效降低了并发症及危险因素发生率,缩短了平均住院时间。结论建立全方位高质量综合康复体系的护理模式,是预防心脑血管事件发生和复发,降低致残率,提高生命质量,促进健康的有效方法。

Objective To summarize the risk factors of cardiac and cerebral disease in military aged people and the process and result of integratively, healing nursing care.Methods The process＇of integratively healing nursing care which was applied in 1429 military aged patients, who had been registered from Feb. 1994 to Jun, 2007,were retrospectively analyzed as follows：1）Evaluating individualized care;2）Psychological analysis and treatment;3）Popularizing risk factors knowledge and implementing preventive care;4） Individualizing sleeping training and constructing integrative and comprehensive mode of nursing care; 5）Evaluating and intervening on multi-risk factors; 6）Standardizing gradually healing skill. Results Clinical cure rate was 88% and the prevaleace of risk factors decreased from 78% to 28%, which reduced the odds of associative diseases and shortened the average duration of hospitalization. Conclusion Construction of comprehensive and skillful nursing care mode with integrative healing system is effective for preventing cardiac and cerebral disease of aged patients, reducing deformity, improving llfe quality and promoting healthiness.
