摘要
应用仿生强化径流型湿地系统对草浆造纸中段废水进行处理。运行结果表明,与常规径流型人工湿地处理系统相比,仿生强化径流型湿地系统处理可使有机负荷提高50%,水力停留时间降至30天,处理单元的有效运行周期延长至10个半月。新系统处理效果良好,仿生强化湿地处理出水的CODCr、BOD5、TSS的全年平均值分别可达到189、87.3、45.9mg/L;系统夏季的运行效果优于冬季,全年仅有1—2月份系统不能运行,采取冬存的方式才能保证全年废水达标排放。
Bionics enhanced surface flow wetland eco-system base on surface flow wetland with bionic manmade float grass and bionic oxygen diffuser was applied to treat washing/bleaching effluent of straw pulp. Comparing with the conventional wetland eco-system the biomass and organic load of the enhanced wetland eco-system increase 60% and 50% respectively, and the HRT of system is shortened to 30 d. Available operation time is extended to 10.5 months. Enhanced wetland eco-system shows good treatment efficiency of straw pulp washing/bleaching effluent, the average values of CODcr, BOD5 , TSS form last treatment unit wetland reach 189, 87.3, 45.9 mg/L respectively. In the summer the removal efficiency of each pollutant of the system is better than that in the winter. The system is not able to operate in Jan.cuelinfeb. each year, it is necessary to store the effluent in this duration in order to guarantee the discharged effluent can meet the regulation all the year around.
