行业特色高校科技优势发挥与地方社会经济发展互动研究

Research on Interaction between Technical Advances Exertion in the Characteristic Universities & Colleges and Regional Developments——A Case Study of Chang′an University

作为陕西省行业特色高校中一支重要的生力军,长安大学发挥了其公路交通、国土资源与环境等方面的科技优势,为促进地方经济建设和社会发展作出了重要贡献。笔者认为地方政府应建立起健全的创新体系和运行机制,营造创新氛围、鼓励行业高校和科研院所积极参与地方经济建设,有效地调控和促进高校、科研院所与地方发展之间的互动关系,提升地方科技创新能力;与此同时,行业特色高校也应准确定位,充分发挥其专业特色及高新技术产业方面的优势,主动促进与地方发展之间的互动。

As the important backbone of characteristics universities＆ colleges in Shaanxi province, Chang＇an University had made important contribution to promoting the development of society and economy by fully exerting it＇s technical advantage of highway transportation, land and resources, and environment. This paper holds that the government should set up perfect innovation system and operation mechanism, build innovative environment ,encourage those characteristics universities＆ colleges and research institutes to participate in local economic construction and social development actively, and regulate the interaction between them and local development in order to lift sci - tech innovation ability. At the same time, being an important impetus to promote the local development, the characteristic universities＆ colleges should make full use of their advantage of professional feature and high - tech industries to accelerate the interaction between them actively.
