摘要
介绍了适用于聚烯烃的彩色低发泡母粒(以下简称母粒)的配方、制备工艺、性能和应用,母粒在聚烯烃中的添加量为3％～5％左右,发泡倍率1.5～1.7倍,制备的彩色薄膜或片材容重0.5～0.8g/cm^3,推广应用结果表明应用前景良好。
The formula, the technology, the property and the application of color low-expanding masterbatch used for polyolefine were presented. The content of masterbatch in polyolefine was about 3% - 5%, expansion factor 1.5-1.7. Density of color film or sheet prepared with this material was 0.5 - 0.8g/cm3. The result of application proved that its practical prospects would be good.
