摘要
通过对地方高校申报国家自然科学基金过程中存在的问题分析,提出了地方高校应该做好科研选题定位、加强合理学科建设、大力培养和引进创新人才、建立健全有效的政策激励机制,采取有效措施以提高国家自然科学基金申报的质量。
In view of the problems in local colleges and universities declaring National Natural Science Fund Project, this paper holds that universities should strengthen the reasonable discipline construction, vigorously train and recruit innovation talented person, establish effective policy and take the effective action to enhance the quality of country natural sciences fund declaration.
