人力资源管理对提高企业竞争力、增进企业活力有着重要影响,如何加强企业人力资源管理是管理者们需要重视和研究的课题。本文从管理理念、管理制度、管理技术三个方面探讨了如何对人力资源进行和谐管理。
The human resources management is very important for improving the competitive ability and livingness of enterprises. How to improve the human resources management in enterprises is a research topic which arouses the interests of managers. This paper discusses how to carry on harmonious management of human resources from the aspect of concept, system and technique.
