摘要
叶轮机械的叶轮系统是典型的非线性多振子系统,其各组件的振动均具有耦合性包括叶片流固耦合。利用相空间重构对风机稳定运行下五个工况的叶轮轴向振动信号和叶轮出口气动信号处理结果发现:二者信号相空间区域值曲线的走向一致,即双方信号整体结构变化具有一致性、互体现性。证明了利用叶轮机械的耦合振动信号进行监测的可行性。
The blade wheel system of the turbo machinery is typical non-linear vibrators system. The vibration of every module has interaction, including fluid-solid coupling of the blade. The paper analyzes five Steady working conditions' vibration signals by using Phase-Space Reconstruction, then find its curces of Phase-Space Reconstruction have the same trend. This is to say, the variation of monolithic signal has correlation and embodiment. It proves that it is feasible to monitor the working state of turbo machinery .
