摘要
本文对六个品系的高盐微藻(五个克隆的杜氏藻,一个克隆的颤藻)的主要营养成分及氨基酸进行分析。五个品系杜氏藻的蛋白质含量从391%~48.9%。从新疆盐湖中分离的颤藻的蛋白质含量高达51.3%。我们还对蛋白质的营养价值,用必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)进行了评价,必需氨基酸指数从79.1到85.1,这表明高盐微藻的蛋白质有很好的营养价值。
The main nutrient compositions and amine acid of six strains of high salt microalgae in China are elucidated in this paper. These microalgae are five strains of DUnaliella and oscillatoria SPP. The protein contents of five strains of Dunaliella are from 39. 1 % to 48. 9%. The protein content of oscillatoria SPP in Xinjiang is as high as 51. 3%. The nutritional value of the proteins are evaluated on the basis of essential amino acid indexes (EAAT). The EAAT values range from 79. 1 to 85. 1. It indicates that the proteins of high salt microlgae are nutritionally excellent.
