摘要
介绍了小型化高重频声光Q开关DPL研制过程中的一些实验进展和相关产品样机。实验中,通过参数的优化选择,在激光二极管的泵浦峰值功率5 W,重复频率2500Hz下得到脉冲能量为81.5μJ,脉冲宽度约为7.4ns的激光输出,此时激光器的峰值功率为11kW,光光转换效率14%,光束质量因子M2约为2.1。
The experimental progress of R&D on the small-sized and A 43 Q-switched DPL with high repetition rate is introduced.The model laser of product is developed.Under the condition of the pump peak power of 5 W, and the repetition rate of 2 500 Hz,the laser pulse output with 81.5 pJ energy and 7.4 ns duration is obtained, with output peak power (M^2) 11 kW, optical -to optical conversion efficiency of 14% and beam quality factor of about 2.1.
