摘要
建立了尿草酸的比色测定方法。在强酸性条件下,锆与偶氮胂Ⅲ形成蓝色络合物,尿草酸置换该络合物中的偶氮胂Ⅲ而使吸光度降低,吸光度降低值与尿草酸浓度成正比。测定波长为620nm,线性范围0~0.120mmol/L检测限0.0115mmol/L,批内CV=4.3%,日间CV=6.1%,回收率93.8%~106.2%,与变色酸比色法显著相关(r=0.971,P<0.01)。方法简单,稳定,快速,不需特殊仪器设备,适于临床尿常规分析。
Objective spectrophometric determination of urinary oxalate with the zironium arsenazoⅢ complex was developed.Ziroconium forms the comples with arsenazoⅢ with a absorbance peak at 620 nm,and then,arsenazoⅢ in the complex is replaced quantitatively by oxalate,which results in a decrease at 620 nm.The standard cure for oxalate was linear from 0 to 0 120 mmol/L. The within run CV and between run CV for urinary oxalate were 4.3% and 6.1%,respectively.It was shown that this method well matched with the comparative method with chromotropic acid.
