摘要
在超声波作用下,采用不同溶剂,研究了蚕沙中叶绿素的提取方法,并对提取液中叶绿素的含量及稳定性进行了检测。结果表明:以丙酮和无水乙醇混合液(体积比2∶1)为提取溶剂,经超声波提取55 min为从蚕沙中提取叶绿素的最佳技术工艺;提取液中叶绿素的稳定性差。
Under the function of ultrasonic, the methods of extracting chlorophyll from silkworm litter with different solvents were investigated. The content and stability of the chlorophyll were determined. The results indicated that the mixture of acetone and ethanol (2:1 ,v/v) was the best extraction solvent, and the optimum extracting time assisted with ultrasonic was 55 minutes. But the chlorophyll was unstable in the extraction.
