高职教育的发展方式正在从注重外延扩张向注重内涵提升转变,如何按照高职教育的特点和规律改革训教模式也成为一个重要的课题,文章将"项目管理"的思想引入到高职训教中,以探索能同时培养学生"硬能力"和"软能力"的训教方法。

The development of higher technical education is transforming from the extension-centered way to content augmentation. How to reform the old teaching patterns according to the characteristics and rules of higher technical education will become an important issue. The paper introduces the concept of ＂project-based management＂ into higher technical education in order to research the method which may enable students to master ＂the Hard Skill＂ and ＂the Soft Skill＂.
