摘要
目的在麻醉家兔上确证肾-肾反射的存在和反应方式,并进一步探讨了肾-肾反射的性质。方法刺激肾机械感受器,观察对侧肾神经传出纤维放电变化。结果加压刺激肾机械感受压器时,对侧肾神经传出纤维放电减少。随压力增大,此抑制现象更为明显。去除刺激侧肾神经后,此抑制现象减弱。去除刺激侧肾神经并剥离其肾包膜,抑制现象消失。结论兔存在肾-肾反射,为抑制性反应;肾-肾反射传入途径除肾神经外,还有肾包膜上的神经传入纤维参与。
Objective Renorenal reflex together with its response nature and affret pathways were stud- ied in anesthetized rabbits. Methods Anesthetized rabbits were divided into three groups. Group A: animals with intact renal sympathetic nerves (n=11), Group B: animals with denervation of renal symathetic nerve on right side (n=11). Group C: animals with not only denervation of renal sympathetic nerve on right side, but also removal of renal fibroid capsule on the same side (n=20). Rabbits in group A, B and C, after activation of the right renal mechanoreceptors with mechanical stimulus by increased ureteral pressure to 4. 0, 5. 5 or 7.0 kPa respectively. Observations on increased ipsilateral afferent renal nerve activity and changes of contralateral efferent renal sympathetic nerve activity (RSNA) were made. Results Following results were summerized: ①Group A: efferent renal sympathetic nerve electrical activity on left side was significantly inhibited (P< 0.001). ②Group B: RSNA on left side was inhibited too, but degree of inhibition was lower than that of group A (P<0.0l or P<0.001). ③Group C: RSNA on left side was not significantly inhibited (P>0.05). Conclusion These results indi- cated: ①There are renorenal reflexes in rabbits. ②In rabbits, stimulation on renal mechanoreceptors results in an inhibitory renorenal reflex with dicreased contralateral RSNA. ③Efferent nerves of fibroid capsule act also as an afferent pathway of renorenal reflexes besides renal sympathetic nerves.
