胎脑组织培养移植治疗大脑发育不全实验与临床研究

摘要 20只同种成年纯白兔,分别用新鲜和培养孕龄10~13d的胎兔脑组织、组织培养物,钻孔脑皮质内移植,每处移植脑组织0.3~0.5g,移植物可以在体内存活、生长、增殖。在动物实验的基础上,对6例不同原因引起的大脑发育不全病人采用4个月水囊引产的胎儿脑组织行多点钻孔,多面脑皮质内移植,每例移植胎脑组织8~12g。结果:5例症状当天即有改善;随访1.5~2a,3例癫痫停止发作;4例肌张力明显降低,肢体功能显著改善;智商提高38~51分,脑电图慢波减少,癫痫波消失,BAEP、VEP、SEP、MEP不同程度改善;1例临床症状稍有改善,有效率83%。结果提示:胎脑组织移植治疗大脑发育不全是有效的。 The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of Adalat GITS on the left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and the plasma levels of substance P(SP) in the hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). 26 cases of the patients with LVH took Adalat GITS for 12 weeks.LVMI and the plasma levels of SP were measured in all patients.The results showed that after 12 weeks treatment,there was significant difference (P<0.001),comparing the LVMI (140.65±14.65)g·m -2 before treatment with LVMI (111.62±10.49)g·m -2 after treatment.There was no significant difference in the levels of SP before and after treatment.The results suggest that Adalat GITS could reduce LVH and have no influence on the levels of SP in hypertensive patients.
