岭澳二期核电站主回路设备月进度报告编制方法探讨

Preparation of Monthly Progress Report for Primary Loop Package of Lingao Phase II

岭澳二期核电站是中国广东核电集团继大亚湾核电站、岭澳一期核电站之后,在广东深圳地区建设的第三座百万千瓦级大型商用核电站。工程采用二代改进型核电站技术,是我国"十五"核电自主化的依托项目。项目规划建设两台百万千瓦级压水堆核电机组,计划于2005年12月第一罐混凝土,2010年和2011年两台机组分别建成并投入商业运行。如何更好进行项目管理,是一个新课题,其中月进度报告的编写在为项目管理提供必要的信息方面有着极其重要的作用。本文对岭澳二期核电站主回路设备月度报告的编制进行了简要探讨和介绍。

Lingao Nuclear Power Station（Phase Ⅱ）, as the third one after Shenzhen Daya Bay and Lingao Phase Ⅰ Nuclear Power Station, will be installed 2× 1,000MW PWR and be put into commercial operation in 2010 and 2011 respectively. From nuclear power project management point of view, it is a new subject, in order to assure on time delivery of equipments, DEC, as one of the key suppliers for this project, compiles the Monthly Progress Report as one of the efficient means for the project management. This paper herein outlines how to duly frame the Monthly Progress Report and states its importance for the whole project management.
