摘要
玻璃工业中的全氧燃烧技术在充分利用资源,提高生产效率,保护环境方面已经显示出了非常大的优势。该文对国内外数值模拟技术在玻璃熔窑全氧燃烧改造过程中的具体问题应用进行了全面的总结与分析。其中在全氧燃烧玻璃熔窑中与火焰空间有关的主要问题有:燃烧器的类型、燃烧器位置的排布、燃烧器的高度、碹顶高度、碹顶腐蚀、NOx的排放、排烟口位置。与玻璃液有关的主要问题有:微粒排放和碱蒸气的排放。
Oxy-fuel technology of the glass-melting system reveals great advantage in the aspects of fully taking use of energy, increasing the producing efficiency, and protecting the environment. This paper analyzes and summarizes the applications of mathematical modeling technology for the oxy-fuel conversion project at home and abroad. The main topics related to the combustion consist of the kinds and the arrangement of the burners, the elevation of the burners, the crown height ,the corrosion of crown, the NOx emission and the exhaust port location; Issues related to the glass tank include particle emissions and volatilization of alkali.
