工程项目的成本控制旨在把施工费用控制在成本范围之内,实施成本控制是施工企业管理的一项极为重要的内容,该文结合溪洛渡水电站地下厂房工程开挖的实际条件和开挖施工实践,对施工过程中目标成本控制措施进行探讨,分析了溪洛渡地下电站开挖成本控制过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的措施和对策,研究工作可供其它类似工程借鉴和参考。
