摘要
采用砂培法研究不同硼浓度处理对烤烟碳氮代谢的影响。结果表明,低浓度硼(5μmol/LH3BO3)处理下,烟株各器官中的硼、氮、钾、干物质积累以及NO3-的吸收及同化受阻,叶片中的NH4+积累增加,而氨基酸和蛋白质含量降低;缺硼还降低烟株叶片的光合速率,并使叶片中的水溶性葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、淀粉大量积累。增加硼的供给(20μmol/L和40μmol/L),使烟株叶片碳氮代谢增强,植株各器官的氮、钾、硼含量增加,干物质积累增强。
Effect of boron on carbohydrate and nitrogen metabolism was investigated with sand cultural technology in the greenhouse. The results showed that boron deficiency (5μmol/L H3BO3) caused significantly decrease for the accumulation of boron, nitrogen, potassium and dry matter in tobacco plant organs, and decreased NO3^- absorption by plants, nitrogen metabolism in the plants, which induced the decreases of amino acid and protein in the leaves, and a increase of NH4^+ content in the leaves. Moreover, boron-deficient'tobacco plants had lower photosynthetic rates. Higher content of glucose, fructose, sucrose and starch were founded in the leaves of plants treated with 5μmol/L H3BO3, suggested that boron deficiency would depressed sugar transport from leaves to other parts. As the increase of boron supplication (20, 40 μmol/L H3BO3) the tobacco plant ability of both carbohydrate metabolism and accumulation of dry matter enhanced, and the contents of nitrogen, potassium and boron increased.
