摘要
目的:研制右美沙芬缓释微丸。方法:采用聚合物膜控法,以正交试验法设计处方。结果与结论:对体外溶出速率影响因素的研究表明,本品的体外溶出符合Higuchi释药规律。其释药速度常数、药物溶出50%所需时间与阻滞材料在控释膜中的含量呈良好的线性关系,亦与控释膜的厚度相关。
Objective:To prepare the sustained release dextromethorphan pellets (SRDP).Methods:SRDP were controlled by complex membrane, which was designed by orthogonal test. Result and Conclusion:The study on factors affecting dissolution rate indicated that the dissolution profiles of SRDP followed Higuchi kinetics. The dissolution constant and t 50% were proportional to the percentage of excipient used over a range; and were also related with the pellets membrane thickness.
