摘要
介绍以单片机AT89C51为核心的温度控制实验系统。它使用一线制数字温度传感器DS18820采集温度,经过PID算法计算输出PWM波控制固态继电器调节热阻丝发热功率,最终控制被控对象温度。另外,该系统还扩展了人机接口和串口通信。整个系统不但成本低廉、而且使用和扩展方便,为广泛深入应用提供了借鉴。
A temperature control experiment system with the core of microprocessor AT89CS1 is introduced in this paper. In this system, one-wire digital thermometer DS18B20 is used to transform analog temperature signal to digital signal. Then the PWM signal, depending on proper PID program calculating, is outputted and magnified to drive a solid state relay so that the power of thermal resistance is adjusted. Thus the temperature of the object can be controlled. Moreover, this system has man-machine interface and serial communication functions. The whole system is not only cheap but also convenient to use and expand. And we can spread it for more widely and deeply applications.
