磁电式双转速传感器测量技术研究

Research on the Measurement of Magnetoelectric Dual Speed Sensor

通过分析瞬时转速测量误差,提出了一种精确测量发动机飞轮瞬时转速的方法——双传感器法,并进行了模拟试验,与传统转速测量方法作了对比。试验结果表明双传感器法可以消除齿圈加工及磨损造成的角度误差,并同时使圆周齿数相对增加一倍,提高了瞬时转速测量分辨率。

A new method for calibrating the engine flywheel speed was put forward based on the analysis of instantaneous rotation speed errors. Meanwhile, the simulation experimentation was compared with the traditional rotation speed calibration method. The result demonstrates that the method of dual sensors caneliminate the angle errors caused by ring gear processing and abrasion, and increases the numbers of teeth in rotation gear, both of which improve the rotation speed measurement distinguish ratio.
