摘要
知识转移,是合作创新的必要过程,是决定合作创新成败的关键,但知识转移也为风险的传播与扩散提供了可能。为规避风险构建了基于知识转移的合作创新中的风险传导概念模型和数理分析模型,分析了风险传导的静态和动态要素,归纳了风险传导的客观性规律、依附性规律、方向性规律、叠加性规律和复杂性规律,并针对合作创新中的知识传导现象,提出要通过预防控制和过程控制两方面加强对风险传导的管理,降低风险传导发生的可能性,提高合作创新的效果。
Knowledge transfer is the essential course of cooperative innovation and the key to determining success or failure of cooperative innovation, but it also provides the possibility of the risk transfers and diffuses. The paper structures the conceptual model and mathematics model of risk conduction in the cooperative innovation based on knowledge transfer,analyzes the static and dynamic elements of risk conduction,sums up the conduction laws including objectivity law, adherence law, directionality law, compounding law and complexity law. And then, the paper proposes that it is necessary to strengthen risk management through pre-control and process-control,which will reduce the possibility of risk conduction and improve the result of cooperative innovation.
