摘要
安全评价是以实现安全为目的,应用安全系统工程原理和方法,辨识与分析工程、系统、生产经营行为和社会活动中的危险、有害因素,预测发生事故或造成职业危害的可能性和严重程度,提出科学、合理、可行的安全对策措施建设,做出评价结论的活动。合理划分安全评价单元,正确选择评价方法,熟悉不同评价方法对应的危险度等级含义和准确性,并根据不同的危险度等级提出相应的安全对策措施。
Safety evaluation is an activity that aiming at achieving safety applying theories and methods of safety system engineering, identifing and analyzing the danger and adverse factors in the engineer, system, behavior of production and management, society activity, predicting the possibility and server degree of resulting in accident or occupational hazard, bringing out scientific, reasonable, feasible safety countermeasures and suggestions, and making evaluation conclusion. The safety evaluation units should be divided reasonably, the evaluation methods should be selected exactly, the meaning and veracity of severe degree level corresponding to different evaluation methods should be familiar, and the corresponing safety countermeasures should be suggested according to different server degree level.
