摘要
针对目前我国生丝黑板检测人工检测的落后现状,研制了一种采用机器视觉技术进行图像采集,利用图像处理进行生丝匀度、清洁和洁净检验,通过网络传输进行信息交互,运用数据库技术对数据综进行合据管理的实用新型生丝黑板检测系统。应用结果表明该检测系统运行稳定可靠。
In view of our country seriplane manual testing backward present situation, this paper developed a new type practical seriplane testing system, which collecting image data with machine vision technology, test of raw silk eveness, neatness and cleanness by image processing., the interaction of the system through network and the managing data synthetically base on database management. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
