基于CAN总线的电排站自动化监控系统

摘要 本文针对我国电排站目前大多采用基于RS-485总线构建的自动化监控系统所存在的缺点,介绍了一种基于CAN总线的电排站自动化监控系统,系统智能监控节点的CPU选用Hynix公司生产的ARM处理器HMS30C7202,使用芯片内置的CAN控制器实现智能测控节点群与工控机之间和智能测控节点群间的通信,并给出了具体的硬件方案和软件流程。该系统通信效率高、抗干扰能力强、可靠性好、组态灵活,有着广泛的应用前景。 At present, automatic monitoring system of pumping station is mainly based on RS-485 bus, which works as semiduplex, pull mode so unable to meet the need of reliability and cost. In this paper, a new automatic monitoring system based CAN bus is presented to overcome much disadvantages of RS-485, including the detailed hardware design and software development. In this system, CPU of intelligent monitor node is a kind of ARM processor, HMS30C7202, produced by Hynix, which embedded CAN controller is used to communication between intelligent monitor node and industrial computer or among nodes. This system has such advantages as high efficiency, strong interference rejection, high reliability, high agility.
