摘要 目的制备普鲁卡因柔性脂质体,并研究其载药特性。方法以磷脂、胆固醇为基质,加入表面活性剂胆酸钠,采用真空旋转蒸发法制备利多卡因柔性脂质体,以高效液相色谱法测定其包封率。结果普鲁卡因柔性脂质体的平均粒径为(163±10.21)nm,平均回收率为100.8%;包封率为(86.4%±1.26%)(n=5)。结论本研究采用的普鲁卡因柔性脂质体制备工艺可行,能达到较高的包封率。 [Objective] To prepare procaine uhradeformable liposomes and evaluate its quality, [Methods] The ultradeformable liposomes were prepared with phosphatidylcholine and cholesterol as basel. In addition, put surface acting agent sodium cholate in it, procaine uhradeformable liposomes was prepared using a vacuum rotary evaporation method, and the concentration of procaine was determined by HPLC. The morphology of procaine ultradeformable liposomes and the entrapment efficiency were studied, [Results] Mean diameter of the lidocaine ultradeformable liposomes was (163±10.21) nm, The linear detection concentration range of lidocaine was 20-500 μg/mL (r =0.99995) with average recovery at 100.8% and entrapment efficiency at (86.4%±1.26%) (n =5), [Conclusion] This procaine ultradeformable liposome is feasible in preparation techniques, convenient and reliable in quality control method.
