精索扭转的诊治体会(附16例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion (Report of 16 cases)

目的总结精索扭转的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析16例精索扭转的临床诊治资料。结果1例手法复位成功,8例行睾丸复位固定术,7例行坏死睾丸切除术。结论彩色多普勒血流动态显像是诊断精索扭转的可靠方法,早期积极手术探查是提高睾丸成活的关键。

[Objective] To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion. [Methods] The clinical data of 16 cases of testicular torsion was reviewed and reported. [Results] In these 16 cases, 1 patient was successfully treated with manual reduction, 8 testicles were salvaged by reduction of torsion and orehiopexy, 7 necrotic testicles were resected through orehiectomy. [Conclusions] Color doppler flow imaging （CDFI） is a reliable method for diagnosis of testicular torsion in time. Operation in earlier periond is the key point to increase testicular survival rate.
