奥硝唑与曲安奈德联合应用治疗难治性慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效分析

摘要 目的观察与探讨奥硝唑与曲安奈德联合应用治疗难治性慢性根尖周炎的疗效。方法将难治性慢性根尖周炎患者71例随机分2组,实验组(奥硝唑+曲安奈德)经根尖孔注药加根管封药41例,对照组甲醛甲酚根管封药30例,分别观察各组的临床疗效。结果实验组显效28例,有效11例,无效2例,有效率95.1%;对照组显效14例,有效8例,无效8例,有效率73.3%。两组P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论奥硝唑与曲安奈德联合应用治疗难治性根尖周炎是一种行之有效、简单、安全的好方法。 [Objective] To observe and explore the treatment outcome of omidazole and triameinolone combination in refractory chronic apical periodontitis. [Methods] 71 refractory apical periodontitis patients were randomly divided into two groups. The 41 experimental group subjects received omidazole and triamcinolone combination apical foramen drug injection and root canal dressing; the 30 control group subjects received FC root canal dressing instead. The treatment outcome of each individual was gathered. [Results] There were 28 cases vs 14 achieved excellent improvement, 11 vs 8 cases improved and 2 vs 8 cases with no improvement respectively in the experimental and the control groups, and the efficacy rate was accordingly 95.1% vs 73.3% (P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] Omidazole and triamcinolone combination is a safe, feasible and effective approach in treating refractory chronic apical periodontitis.
