老年同居中的妇女权益保障

Old Women's Rights Guarantee in Cohabitation

老年男性在养老经济资源、人数等方面处于优势地位。在很多情况下,这种优势会转变为老年男性对老年女性在同居关系中的支配地位。这导致老年女性在老年同居中的权益得不到保障。为了保障老年女性在同居中的权益,实现男女的实质平等,应修改相应法律规定,赋予老年妇女住房保障、必要财产保障和提供生活补助。

The old men take an advantageous role in economic resources of aged provision and number. In many cases, this advantage will turn into old men＇s predominance over old women in cohabitation, which results in inadequate ensurance of old women＇s rights. To ensure old women＇ s rights in cohabitation and realize virtual gender equality, we should modify corresponding laws and regulations; endow them with housing guarantee, necessary property ensurance and living subsidy.
